Why would anyone in the arts move to the suburbs? You can't possibly meet interesting people when you live in a basement suite at 64th and 212 ave.

Owning a place down here would require saving up a ton of money, and it is extremely difficult to save money when you're actually living life!

I don't know what kind of lives you regulars have that actually allow you to save up and purchase a 600k loft, but I'm assuming it is pretty boring

If you make the $10k a month you say you do, you should be able to save up and buy a $600k loft no problem unless you're a complete idiot. Unfortunately for you, you're a complete idiot.

This thread actually got me thinking. I was leaning towards buying an apartment, but I really love my home theatre system, and I never took this into consideration in the decision making process. It's the one entertainment thing I could not do without and compromise on.

Time to start looking for a house I guess.

make sure the walls and floor are extra thick.

or save up for a two floor penthouse and put the sound system on the second floor. that's what i'm gonna do.

although i'll never be able to have two 19 inch subs hooked up. but that's okay. i'll probably do it anyway, what the fuck are they gonna do, lol.

Be careful looking at houses too, a friend of mine has a massive sub in his basement against the wall nearest his neighbours house, the houses are fairly spread out but when he has the system really going (movies, gaming nights) the neighbours can hear/feel the vibration.

Lot's of haters in this thread, I would quit my job tomorrow and bang sloots all days if my penis wasn't so tiny. Instead I get to work a super lame 8-5 job, yay me.

And on another note, it's sad to see someone failed so much who has contributed so much to society. No I don't mean his book, I mean the porn he has made, if it wasn't for people like OP, I wouldn't even own a computer.

I <3 porn, so by default, I <3 OP. Regardless of his imperfections, true love is unconditional.

OP has a menstruation fetish:whistle:

vafanculo 03-12-2014 10:08 PM

I wouldn't hate op. Deep down if I wasn't doing the wife and kid thing I'd be like that. But I'm happy doing it, he's happier doing his. Can't hate on that.

People take things too serious and need to lighten up IMO. Just need a I just wanna bang on the drums all day mentality

Its totally fine for the OP to do whatever he wants. Its not ok for him to shit on others and act all superior because he thinks everyone else is a corporate slave or something like that.

There's nothing wrong with being "artistic" just like there isn't anything wrong with wanting a career and family.
