I only want it quiet when the sun is up. that's my only rule. when the sun is up, don't be louder than the traffic and noise outside. hahaha...

Sometimes I wish they would designate floors or buildings that are "night owl" friendly.
anything you can do in the day, whether it be blasting loud music, playing your piano, drums or sax... lifting weights... you can do at night.

I feel like this is one of the last buildings in all of Vancouver that has some sort of tolerance for spontaneity

I live on the border of cracktown. Last week I was driving my 5.0 E36 into my alley to hit my underground and there was a guy taking a shit while shooting up.
