Less than a day battery life for the moto360 is a deal breaker. The verge said they had troubles getting more than 12 hours with heavy use. But i have to say it's the nicest smart watch out there. |
Any idea if futureshop or bestbuy will be selling them as well today? |

Looks like the Moto360 is sold out and will not have more stock for a while. Good news there are lots available on Ebay for a market up price. |
I will wait til around 3 reputable reviewers review this first before deciding to buy one... Mainly looking forward to AndroidAuthority's review... they did a review at IFA.. but rather wait to Josh gets his unit for better testing.. |

Im not really liking the square smartwatch faces... rounded seems better IMHO LG G watch R with that dial around the outside, looks so Timex'ish... |
Apparently the new software update for the Moto360 greatly improves battery life. This is tempting. |
Saw one yesterday worn by a guy, not sure if I like how the look of the watch is when worn. Interested in the LG one because it looks more like a timepiece with added smart technology as opposed to vice versa. Also the bottom black section of the moto360 that isnt part of the screen is another reason. |
I just recieved my free moto360... I was expecting something from ebay that I usually buy... Ripped apart the package and was super duper excited... Finally those giveaway contest worked.... At first I really wanted to buy one.. but after reading reviews about terrible battery life and so on, I decided not too... packaging is weird.. came in a bubble wrap envelope and the moto360 box inside.. I was expecting a cardboard box... lol... The address on the label reads Eastern Canada Service Depot in Brampton ON... |
first Intel Android Wear watch is being made by Tag their CEO refers their regular line up to MB S600's while this one will be akin to a smart car, hence wider audience and hopefully affordable...it's apparently modular as well so you don't have to worry about throwing it out in a few years when the Li ion battery goes to shit or you if want a faster processor/better screen. ?Tag Heuer smartwatch tech will be upgradable |

amazon.com had it for $160 USD last week...which after everything isn't much of a discount to the new local pricing I think gen 2 is coming out...i'd wait for that...gen 1 is pretty bulky |

Wifi seems to work.. connected both watch and phone.. sent a msg and went out of range.. Normally when the phone is in my room and i go to the kitchen, it says im disconnect from wear... this time its the same but i got a msg back.. so i guess its working.. lol.. gotta try some more to be sure... the gestures work not bad... not i dnt need to swipe.. but the wrist flicking is kinda gay when you do it in public and ppl starts starin at you.. lmao |
