Beef Wellington

Been watching Gordon Ramsay on YouTube and I'd really want to try this. Anyone have a recommendation for ordering this dish?

I recall a colleague from out of town enjoying the beef wellington at Hy's Steakhouse but this was at least 2 years ago.

Definitely. Huge portion too, usually I have to pack half after appetizers and drinks.

had the Beef Wellington at Gordan Ramsay's restaurant in Vegas and fuck it was amazing. That sticky toffee pudding was INSANE
