Extended Lug Bolts

Sorry to make a new thread, but this is kind of an emergency. I'm wondering where to buy high quality extended lug bolts of different sizes, finishes etc. TIA

Quoted from another website

Quote:
The car takes M12x1.25 wheel bolts, and has a 58.1mm hub diameter

The wheel needs 60* conical nuts, with a max OD of 20mm.
