running rich

Car's recently started running a little rich. The weird thing about it is that it only seems to puff black smoke only during a launch after a long idle (say a red light; small vibration during idle as well) and it also goes away after a while. What do you guys think might be the culprit? Will be checking the MAF and my intake as well as a check for vacuum leaks

Edit: I've replaced the distributor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, and valve cover gasket so I doubt its going to be the spark plugs

Sure its not blue smoke? these cars are notorious for oil burning. The puff of smoke after accelerating from a long idle sounds like oil.
97 prelude doesnt use MAF, uses MAP. MAP should read less than .9 volts at idle. Really around .88 ish volts. Anything above that, the ecm will likely be adding extra fuel thinking there is load on the engine.
Ecm mainly runs off MAP sensor for the base of injector duration. Uses the O2 sensor to fine tune the fuel trims

Not really 100% if its fuel or oil but ive been burning oil for sure though, though i haven't any smoke coming out of my exhaust till recently. It also tends to get worse if I drive 120k+ and then stop and drive off again.

Valve Stem seals it sounds like, I have that issue, with my VW, burns oil at idle and after some harder driving cause the oil is warmer and thinner making it more likely to drip into the cylinder
