Don't know how true this is but I read that in order for Duc's to pass emissions they retard the bikes during idle. This means when you twist the throttle, nothing happens in the first 5mm then suddenly the torque comes in like a mofo. Combined with the -1,+2 sprockets, the bike pretty much only wants to lift up the front end and she'll do it through 4th gear.

Picked up a G2 Ergonomics Throttle Tamer to smooth out the bike's acceleration. It removes all the play from the throttle assembly and the cammed gear relaxes the roll-on and acts as a quick turn for the last half of throttle. Will install and test in the next couple of days.

Burble burble.

I was meeting someone next door. Figured I might as well park with the bikes at Richmond Ducati for a few photos. Hahaha

Just love that headlight ... if I had a Street Triple or a Speed Triple that's the style I would want.

Should probably add: Photos by Marcel Lech (1exotic on RS) with a professional stunt rider (I don't have the skills to do that LOL).

Hey man. Yeah I'm pretty much there everyday LOL. So you're the 335 guy! Come say hi or have a smoke next time.

I got there, ordered a drink and realized I lost my house keys and left my wallet at Chevron in Squamish. I had to use pocket change to buy gas so I could make it there, hahahha. One of those days...
