Not sure what "lots of foreplay" entails, but lots of oral generally does the trick if you're doing it the way she likes it (it's okay to ask for pointers). Some people are just really dry in general for various reasons and there's not much you can do. For cheap lubes, Wet water based is good and usually easy to find at drug stores and sex shops. best tip i have is to go to a good story and get a sample pack.
get a pack with 5 diff. bottle size + few sample size ones.
1) gives you a chance to be playful and try
2) girls finds it much more fun when they actually LIKE the lube

Honestly that's the best one...don't keep reapplying if it seems to dry and go sticky...keep a class of water and add a drip or two of water and it's brand new again.....i have a bottle and it lasts me LONG TIME this method.
