Not sure what "lots of foreplay" entails, but lots of oral generally does the trick if you're doing it the way she likes it (it's okay to ask for pointers). Some people are just really dry in general for various reasons and there's not much you can do. For cheap lubes, Wet water based is good and usually easy to find at drug stores and sex shops. This astroglide was actually the first ever lube ive had to buy (never came across a girl this dry ever, shes got some nike dry-fit technology down there). but now i figure its always good to have arsenal stocked anyways

Honestly that's the best one...don't keep reapplying if it seems to dry and go sticky...keep a class of water and add a drip or two of water and it's brand new again.....i have a bottle and it lasts me LONG TIME this method.
