If you are interested, I'll take you for a rip in my e36. I have FKs which were pretty cheap, but anyone who's driven in a Bilstein equipped e36 I guarantee they'd rather drive my car, on street and on the track, and we know bilstein doesn't make shit. FK uses koni dampers on their top end models, and they just copy the valving of them with the dampening set right in the middle on their lower end models. |

Which model would you recommend? |
These guys. BMW E36 318i M42 1.8L Suspension Coilovers - FKBM21 - Highsport Coilover System - Non-Adjustable Dampening - ES#248303 I wouldn't recommend the streetlines, but if you were to go for them ecs has them for 399.00. Also, don't mind the super late ship date, they are never accurate for ECS. |
That's cheaper than just Koni yellows, never mind an entire coilover... :notbad: |
Here are the coils that use the koni shocks. Still crazy cheap for the quality. They are better than ST, PSS9s, and KW V1s for cheaper than all of them IMO. I might upgrade to these in the future, but as it stands I'm VERY happy with the way my highsports ride, and handle. BMW E36 M3 S52 3.2L Suspension Coilovers - FKKKBM50 - Konigsport Coilover System - Adjustable Dampening - ES#248302 |

Sweet those highsports are just in my budget next month :) :) :) You coming to the dyno day at RG? |
I might. What day is it? If I don't have anything going on that day I would, although I already know what kind of power my car puts down. Very little. |
