I don't want to see Bieksa back next season. He brings leadership to the table but that's about it.
We're stuck with Sbisa for at least one more season, I don't see Edler going anywhere. Weber is probably gonna walk for a bigger offer but meh, i think he's a flash in the pan and is shit defensively. Not worth overpaying for.
Hamhuis probably has one good year left in him, but if an offer to get younger/move up the draft comes, I think the Canucks will take a long, hard look and consider trading him.
I'm excited to see Hutton, there's some hype around him and he's looked decent in Utica so far. Already has the NHL size at 6'3 200 and has some offensive potential.
But really next season, Corrado has to make it. Clendening is getting to that point where is he or is he not an NHL-calibre player. There's some pressure on him to make it out of training camp.

IMHO, we won the game because we had more shots - throw enough shit on the wall and some of it is bound to stick.
JB watched the game from the suite, so it should be pretty evident that our D needs addressing in the off season. Sbisa is a spare D at best and it was a mistake to give him a contract.
Flames still take this one on Saturday. I don't see how the Canucks can win this series, especially with the mistake-prone and slow D.

Glad they pulled it off. I couldn't believe the errors and giveaways. Jesus!! You can't pull that shit in the P/O's and expect to go anywhere. Glad they were taking it to the net harder and it paid off. Yeah, our D is sketchy. Pretty much when any of them touch the puck I'm praying that there isn't another giveaway.
Kane's spin-o-rama!! fucking wowzerz. That's some video game shit right thurr!!

If Coach Willie is a good motivator of our team, he's gonna make a huge banner of what Backlund said to the media, to give the guys extra motivation to win game 6. Put that banner with Backlund's words in the dressing room.
Make that big mouth Flame eat his words on Saturday night!
Fuck you Calgary!

Heart missed a beat when Mayray was in alone on Miller (since burrows is out for the series).
Then in typical Mason Raymond fashion, over played the puck lol.

oh and there's the speed up the ice just past the blue line, fall, lose puck, destroy all hopes of an actual scoring chance play.

ok now its time to be scared of Edmonton... Chiarelli is what they needed and we so much young talent to play with they will be a completely different team next year.

Hypothetically, if Chiarelli were to trade both Seguin and Taylor Hall in his career, does he get a special distinction for that?
