I figured it out, you can't buy gift copies when you buy regular stuff. So if you do 2 transactions you can do it. Stupidly you can't buy more than 1 gift copy at a time and you can't buy a multipack for gifts if you already own a copy.

Edit: Bought the Scrambled Continents and Scrambled Nations map packs for Civ. Too much right now for Tropico 5 and Skyrim DLC (cheaper to buy the Legendary Edition).

Skyrim is absolutely worth it! Especially if you have a powerful PC and can install a bunch of mods. Wow how much would I love to be able to play Skyrim for the first time right now instead of the shitty PS3 version I bought. You're so lucky :ahwow:
