best pre-paid cellphone service for foreign guests travelling to canada

Given how locals already have it bad with our cellphone providers now, does anybody know which provider offers decent pre-paid travel SIM for canada?

Koodo, Virgin, Fido, Chat-R. Check with those carriers. Forget the premium brands like Rogers, Bell, and Telus. They will rape your wallet.

Speakout 7-11 is pretty decent. $10 for a sim, runs off of the Rogers network, 365 voucher expiry.
