Porter Cable Polisher $91 on Amazon

Just saw this on amazon and thought a lot of you might be interested...

amazon.ca has the PORTER-CABLE 7424XP for $91 with free shipping..
http://www.amazon.ca/PORTER-CABLE-74.../dp/B002654I46

I did some research and this seems like one of the best "noob safe" polisher out there... and most places are selling for $150-$200.

Dammit, too slow. Saw it at that price then was going to hop on the computer to order but it was gone by then already. Twas a steal at that price.

If anyone is interested in refurb units, the Dewalt factory store on Boundary has them for ~$115. Cheapest I've seen locally but damn, $92 would've been even better

i prefer a makita rotary over these random orbitals. the random ones just dont have enough power to cut in a reasonable amount of time.

Rotaries are also incredibly dangerous in untrained hands.

I use both random orbital and rotary polishers on a near daily basis and find DAs are better for paint refinement, and rotaries are better for removing deep scuffs.
