MERCRUISER ENGINE DE-WINTERIZATION - How?

Does anybody know how to de-winterize an old 1978 Mercruiser engine?

Bought it from craigslist but I don't know which hoses need hooking up before starting it up and also where the drain holes are that need closing. I think it is a 140 GM 181 1/L4 from 1978 but not sure.

Its in a 1978 Canaventure 17" right now but I have no manual for it. serial number is #4184363 but its to old to show up on dealerships computer.

I might have to sell it cause it does not fit in my under ground parking of my condo. (2 feet to long) but I want take her out on the water a few times. It was well maintained and I don't want to mess it up by turning it on wrong (it was sitting for 2 years).

I can pay to get it done but I don't now any boat mechanics. If you have any recommendations I would be grateful.
