AC blows cold!!!
This limited edition black Nissan Pathfinder can be yours for only $4000 or best offer. 1997 was the only year for Nissan to have come out with this rare edition of Pathfinder. This trim featured an automatic transmission, 4x4, fender flares, gold accents (running boards, Nissan emblem, pinstripe and Klondike decals), and roof rack.
This SUV has been recently been inspected by Nissan for a general recall for this series of SUVs (1997-2003 Infiniti QX4, 1996-2004 Nissan Pathfinder) to check for wheel well rust. Nissan inspectors found no issues and passed the SUV. These areas actually had no rust but the wheel wells were treated anyway as a further precaution. Nissan inspectors had no concerns and consider that this pathfinder is safe. I have the Nissan work order available upon request!
It has passed Aircare and comes with practically new premium off-road tires.
Tires were bought brand new in November 2013. Tires are Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac (31x10.5 r15) with 90% tread. At the time of purchase, the tires were worth $1200 after install. I have the receipts for this available upon request. I bought these at the time based on my research for the best tire overall for all types of driving (off-road, ice/snow, dry highway). Rest assured that you will be getting quality tires from this purchase.
Mechanically sound and well maintained. All fluids changed as required per service manual. Although the odometer reads high, the engine sounds smooth and quiet which reflects the diligent maintenance done for this SUV. Rest assured that this engine will continue to run for several hundred thousand more kilometres so as long as it is maintained.
The 4x4 works well. The 4WD transfer case selector has 3 modes: 2H, 4H and 4L. In 2H mode, it is basically in RWD mode. Both front and rear differential fluids have been replaced within the last 6 months. Struts are in excellent shape and are fairly new. Brakes have been inspected and there is plenty life in the brakes (gobs left!).
