I know you pull air in at night.
But during the day, should you pull air in or push air out?

You want to push air out during the day and pull air in during the evening

It's hottest during the day, so you're basically heating up your place by pulling in the hot air

Either way air will come in, it has to. IMO pull from shaded areas and push to sunny areas.

^^
Pull in air at night.
Wake up at sunrise.
Close all windows/doors.
Repeat.
