I'm on a healthy diet. Can anybody explain to me how this works? I've seen some info/advertisements of it but I just thought it was some b.s lol

It might work, if you're a rat. It can suppress appetite and burn fat in rats, but there have been research studies on humans and it has been shown to have little to no effect. If you're already eating a healthy diet and exercising, you probably don't need pills anyway.

The results will be minimal, there are other natural weight loss products out there that are more effective. Look up New Body by Alora Naturals, contains many natural weight loss products in a naturally flavored powder. You can probably find this or Garcinia at stores like Reflex, Active Body, Body Energy Club
