Inability to Post Replies in B&S Forums

Long story short, I tried to reply to a member's thread to inform them of a PM in case they didn't notice the notification.

When I hit the post reply button, I see the "edit someone else's post/lack of privileges screen"

I haven't used the B&S in years, so I don't know if this happened a long time ago or recently.

Replies in B&S have been deactivated for a couple years now.

Thanks for the quick response, Lomac.

I was scanning the B&S rules (x5) to see if I mucked up somewhere.

This explains a lot and reduced all the unwanted chatting in those thread.
