1990 Miata not firing

Had my car about 3 months, first day I got it i swapped out the timing belt / pump / etc
ran fine for about a month, then every now and they started to tick randomly
now its to the point where its always ticking

So i rebuilt the hydraulic valve lifters, now they move freely.

To do so, as many of you know, I had to remove the valve cover, cams, and gears to get in there.

Before removing all of that, i ziptied the gears to the belt, and when removing the cams, i made sure i knew wich way they came out (did not install upside down) i also made sure when i put them back in that the cam/camgear markings were the same as before.

I also repainted the valve cover, air sensor assembly, and some smaller bits. Made sure all the connections were back as original.

Double check everything, hop in my car, turn the key, charge and brake light go on, turn to start it, cams turn, keep turning, does not start.

I have fuel, i checked my fuses, compresson of 160-170 (all 4), 19 teeth between camgears, E-E and I-I lined up on camgears while cyl #1 and #4 are fully up, while #2 and #3 are fully down.
CAS sensor only goes in one way. No ditributor to possibly 180.

Buying a timing gun tomm for shits and giggles.

Thanks for comments
