UBCSCC Slush Series - Sept 21

UBCSCC's winter auto-X Slush Series has begun! Our first Auto-X event will be held on Sunday Sept 21st, 2014

What we do:
We hold a series of about 7 auto-X events from September - April for both Novice and experienced drivers. You do not have to compete in every event to have fun, but prizes will be awarded to different Driver Categories (including a novice category). The best 5 of 7 events dictate your score and at least 5 of the 7 events must be in the same car to be competitive.

Where we do it:
Pitt Meadows Airport, also know as the JIBC driver training centre

Why we do it:
If you have ever driven your car hard, you will understand why it is fun pushing your car to the limit in a safe environment. We also have experienced drivers that are usually more than willing to give you a few pointers to help you improve your car handling ability. This means you can have empirical data to show how much a sway bay/ strut tower can affect your cars manoeuvrability

Feel free to post here with questions, or search UBCSCC.com for answers
