[Request] Looking for help with a photoshop banner

Hey guys

First off I wasn't sure what sub forum to put this in. If it's the wrong one please move it to the right one mods

I'm looking for someone to help me make a banner for a youtube channel. I'm not very good with photoshop or even have it - more of a paint kind of person or I would make it myself lol

I need a banner that's 2048 x 1152 in size.

Something like this:

I would use that one but unfortunately it's not large enough.

I don't need anything that will take you hours to make. A simple 5 minute photoshop is fine.

Just basically want the first banner style I posted, with NHL 15 in the picture and my youtube name.
