This specific model has the i5-4300U processor in it, which is the same processor as that in the Surface Pro 3 i5 (Microsoft included an updated processor in all 2014 releases of the SP2, and this processor runs at 1.9GHz instead of 1.6GHz for the older model).
The screen has a Photodon MXH 25% anti-glare screen protector on it, rated one of the best as per TabletPCReview.
The 1 year warranty holds up until February 2015. Original box, receipt, and accessories (charger/pen) are all included.
