Babylon Cafe.. One of the best shawarma wraps in the city. Made-to-order Falafels. I recommend getting their meat platters. It's awesome.

I'll go ahead and add Falconetti's to the list. All their sausages/hotdogs are made in-house, and they add this lime seasoning to their fries. They have live music on a regular basis too, if you're into that sort of thing.
Storm Crow's a cool little nerdy/divey place too. Lots of video game decor, and they actually have a bunch of board games and stuff that you're free to play with.
St. Augustine's for beer selection and wings night/pizza night/any night

Jamjar for folk Lebanese food. And make sure you try some of their hummus. Damn I love that stuff.
It doesn't hurt that the lady servers there are very easy on the eyes as well.
