I had to reply to this after the post was pointed out to me. I work for Lordco on #3 road, and I'm not replying to this post to defend Miguel, I don't know what went down. I will say that yes he can be an ass at times, and I'll admit that so can I. Maybe the OP did get poor service, on the other hand maybe she pushed a few buttons to get the response that she did. I agree that at times Lordco's customer service does suck, but poor customer service can be had anywhere. One thing I will say is that after being in the auto biz for 25years I've learned to give what I get, your an ass to me expect the same in return.

When was customer service ever good at lordco?

Maybe the Lordco guy was unhappy with your Chest, usually woman get good service when they have a good rack up top. How's your rack size Amanda?

Some (majority) of u guys are so harsh on the OP. Maybe its her first impression attitude (i know more than you) given or the counter guy having a bad day, but regardless customer service is an important aspect for any job. Speaking from experience, i have to agree that i've encountered horrible CS from employees at lordco multiple times, varying from locations. In addition, if its not the poor CS, its the outrageous price that the newbies bill you. However, there are still outstanding employees out there who are willing to help by providing knowledgeable insight. Thats why I tend to stay away from all locations except for one, but even that one location have a few newbies who dont know what they're doing.

And for all the kitchen jokes, most of you guys should go back to the garage because thats where all the tools are.
