there may be one person whos more into it than the other, but the person who's into it more is probably smothering the other person to the point where they just want to run away.

this!!

If I'm busy or I'm working or driving I'm not going to respond, I can't stand being text raped. If I don't reply there's no need to text 10 times in a row. At that point I start ignoring people completely.

Some people can't take a hint..

I don't understand why some of these people still talk to me. That first conversation with "Tim" got really out of control, I met him through a friend and it was a weird situation, I only posted a few pictures but it went on for a few days like that.

A dead give away that your annoying me with texts - my replies go from full length messages to one/two word replies. At that point give it a rest.. Personally I usually won't send another message to a person until they've replied to my first message. I'm not going to waste my time hounding someone.

Also, personal pet peeve when texting - if you're going to initiate a conversation, say more than "hey" or "what's up" or else you'll get a stupid reply.

Example:

Girl: hey
20 minutes later
Me: hey is what horses eat

Or

Girl: what's up
Me: the opposite of down
(if I know the girl well but just don't care..."my penis in the morning when I wake up")
