i make my own sichuan soup base: goal is to fry it and heat up all the dry ingredients to get the flavors out.
aznkev03: never thought about getting herbal from the chinese shops, that's epic. I'm doing that this thursday.
dipping sauce is pretty much the same.
u can add anything. I make my own xo sauce so i make sure i put that shit in there.

anyone know where i can buy an inexpensive hotbox machine that is electric???
i had a mini fire in my house a few weeks ago with those gas ones lmao
thought i was gonna burn down the house when the table/machine was on fire
