This is what I have. How would you detail it?

I have daily driver that I want to detail, and it's parked underground where I have no wash bay, but I do have a power outlet and water supply ( not enough to run a pressure washer ). Car has some salt on it, mud/junk on lower parts/wheels, some mold in cracks and door jambs. What I want to do is to simply wash it, clay it and wax. Let's say I don't have an automatic car wash around - how can I clean this car? will a two bucket rinseless cut it with all the mold and dirt I have or there is no way I can do it w/o pressure washer?

Also, any places I can bucket wash my car and not get in trouble?

Get a big 5 gallon bucket with lid. Fill it up with soap and water at home, secure it in the car and go to a washbay. Bring your own washmitt.

Use the washbay pressure washer to rinse the car, and use your own suds.

I've washed/waxed my car in a wash-bay like this -- I was there for almost 2 hours and no one said a thing.

∆I can attest to that if its the Royal Oak one. I did a quick wash there and spent like an extra hour waxing at the drying area without anyone saying anything. However...the Richmond one....no.
