As far as I've read/can tell, no.

New Sony TV has the built in Netflix app and in order to run 4k I had to upgrade to the premium 11.99 a month Netflix. Once I updated the app on the TV instantly updated itself and displayed the 4k content. However when opened through Apple TV it was not even displayed.

Not sure about through a computer but everything that I've read basically has been saying its throigh the TV's built in app or nothing

i honestly have no idea how this happened but im able to use the US version of netflix from my laptop and with no issue im able to cast to my chromecast. i use no VPN software.. only thing that i could think of is that while i was in california over the summer i used netflix on it to watch a couple of shows in my hotel room.. could that have done something?
