Seems like revscene is on a road trip. Didn't plan this but after staying in Prince George, we had an extra day left so we ventured through the Rockies; with no plans. Ended up camping at the Columbia icefields glacier after hiking up at 10pm and forgetting to book a site. Woke up to pissing rain, car got stuck in mud, couldn't pull out, 6hours later:unstuck. Was suppose to leave for home at noon but it was too late so we drove to Banff (Johnston canyon) - after touring morraine lake, lake Louise - to camp for the night. Leaving tomorrow at 8am for Summerland then back to Vancouver. Not a bad 1500km detour. Spoiler! so I said fuck it and went for a drive along Chuckanut Drive It's a great little 20 minute drive with a lot of twisties along the mountain and even a tight hairpin Got some fresh oyster too as I passed by the restaurant that was built on the side of the ridge Spoiler! Yeah they are fake, I spoke with the owners and they are both GS converted to Type R. They run D15B motors because they think parts are more abundant. :thumbs: |
