Deer usually travel in pairs or small groups, so it's usually a good idea to slow down if you see one cross the road in front of you. Often times, there'll be another one behind it.

Probably the highways that goes around Mt. Baker. I did half of it last month on my way to Idaho and it was the best road I've EVER driven. Wasn't the best idea to go through it at 3am in the morning but the windiness kept me awake. If you ever do it, take a quick detour to Grande Coulee to visit Murica's largest Dam.
