admittedly moonbeam has tits loads of money, but if he is at this dinner as some 'tourism vancouver' type thing (in his mind as his new bit on the side is vancouver's tourism envoy to china ), he will put it on the taxpayer's bill - whereas in reality, he's going out with his bit of slap and tickle.

The Mom and Wanting have apparently been on bad terms for a very long time since Wanting was young, to the point that they don't really talk much. But supposedly they have made amends recently.
