People vote for candidates that seem to share similar values as them. Hence, it is not wise for politicians to act against to society norms. You do have a point though, most people in Toronto don't complain about mayor Ford since he does a decent job running the city.

I think it's because when rating girls within your ethnicity, you're more critical. Don't get me wrong, a dime piece is a dime piece. But I may see an awg and think she's hot. But my white friends would tell me that I could do so much better. It's part of the reason why Al Gore lost. Do you remember Al Gore awkwardly kissing his wife that time on the campaign trail? That was a response to the Republicans unfailing ability to point out how much George W is hella married and hella wants to fuck his own wife.
I don't mean Gregor is keeping taxes low. I'm just saying that my criteria for the mayor has absolutely nothing to do with his personal character or dating choices and everything to do with how economically responsible and efficient he is.
Someone would have to show me he spent a ton of money for me to care. If he just picked up the check a few times, whatever. There's obviously a little professional relationship there as well.
...AND WE ALSO DON'T KNOW IF ANY OF THIS IS TRUE so until someone shows that Gregor blew a couple hundred grand on hookers and blow, I could care less about what he does behind closed doors.
