The sauces are awful. That honey mustard tastes like hot garbage. Best honey mustard is at White Spot. Best hot mustard? McDonalds. BBQ sauce is better but still gross.

They aren't crisp enough. McNuggets do the outer coating well. These are just breaded. They could've been baked for all I know because fried doesn't taste like this. The chicken itself is bland as hell and is obviously ground crap "chicken". Texture is all soft and tastes like paste. I can see why these things are so cheap. I don't care if they're 10 cents for 10...I wouldn't order them again.

Hmm I'm gonna try this. I have my own honey mustard sauce and an acti-fry if it needs to be crisped up. I hope it's real chicken meat :lawl:

Yep, deal still alive. Got some at the new Pender location downtown at lunch.

Looks like many people have the same sentiment though... looks like even at such a good price, there isn't that much interest in them now. Previously this location had a limit of two orders per person, but that's been removed now.

There was even a commercial during the superbowl for these.

I feel like a lot of fast food places are fucking up on the nuggets recipes. I had popcorn chicken from KFC today and it was bland and disgusting thank god for the decent mexican style hot sauce.

McNuggets win my heart over all the other places.

I used to like KFC's popcorn chicken, but they changed it and it's terrible now.

KFC Popcorn chicken was SOOOOO GOOOD!!!!!! But pretty pricey. I haven't had them in 5 or so years :(

hmm maybe I should try them again this weekend. Went 2 weeks ago got a whopper meal + 10 nuggets.

It's been back in the U.S. for quite some time now. May not have stopped it. There's a BK at the border at 264th. See the sign up there, as well as, the BK in Lynden across from McD's on one street and Jack in your Box on the other street.

Dollar drinks at McD and 50 cent tacos at Jacks.

Where have you been to for the last few years. Evenf or a meal is around 7 to 8 dollars at McDonalds for ages. Try A&W and KFC their meals could be $10+. Fast food isn't cheap anymore lol.

Yeah, I realized how the prices that I grew up with simply don't exist anymore when I was writing about a place downtown that makes great banh mi/Viet subs/Namwiches but they're $6-8. I remember when they were 4 for $10 so I thought $6 was a lot but then again most places are $5 now.

Only place for cheap meals are asian food courts.. Decent quality (I feel better than fast food) and good portions.. Plus you have way more options.

HK cafe's are always a plus also..

+1 Parker Place seems to be pretty good. Big portions and food is not bad. Crystal mall is so so. aberdeen center is pretty expensive.
