woman in BMW X5 drives away with wheel lock? what's going on?
I have never seen that yellow thing...I'm guessing it's a wheel lock or something? but why is it even there to start with?
Can someone understand what's going on? It's says bad girls audition? what the heck does that mean?

They have em up at SFU, I believe once you get around 3~ tickets on your 4th time getting caught not paying for parking they lock your wheel and make you pay your fines before you leave.
Buddy had one put on, got me to help him remove his wheel and put his spare on while he brought the whole thing home and cut it
Sonick is a genius. I won't go into detail what's so great about his post. But it's damn good!

lol what a cheap wheel lock.
watch the show parking wars, they use pretty heavy duty wheel lock, and would sure cause damage to that bmw if it was driven with it on.
this is exactly the same wheel boot used in the show parking wars
