Yeah, what a joke! :lol they already have Giedo's seat mold from last years reserve role as well. Sauber F1 has been a joke ever since Monisha Kaltenborn took over for Peter Sauber.

Also Sutil is suing Sauber F1 as well :lol It's funny to think what will happen if Giedo wins cause one of Nasr and Ericsson might have to make room for Giedo and whichever doesn't have a spot is gonna sue Sauber F1

They're fucked either way. Nasr is bringing in 60m from Banco De Brasil and they're having second thoughts about sponsoring Sauber F1.

What makes it more ridiculous is you would think Sauber should have known this was coming! They must have a team of lawyers on their payroll not to mention Monisha, herself, is a lawyer!

Guess we'll see if Australia will holdup the Swiss ruling tomorrow afternoon (they should...)

This claim was upheld in the Australian courts on Wednesday, but Sauber immediately appealed the verdict.

However, following the appeal, the Supreme Court of Victoria dismissed Sauber's case, backing up the previous verdict.

A statement read out in court on Thursday said: "We did not consider this course [the appeal] to be in the interest of justice.

"The appeal is dismissed because we see no error in the reasons of the trial judge."

Part of Sauber's case was based around the safety risks of a using driver unfamiliar with its 2015 car. This was also rejected by the court.

"As the judge observed, these events are highly-regulated and we are sure that all safety requirements will be complied with," the statement added.

The decision means that Sauber effectively has three drivers - van der Garde, plus its 2015 line-up of Marcus Ericsson and Felipe Nasr - for only two cars this weekend.

well the judge adjourned the enforcement to Sat morning and said that both parties should negotiate a settlement by then else Monisha is going to see a prison cell :lol

they said their engines are tuned very conservatively since they weren't able to get any testing done

they say there will be a great deal of improvement but not for a bit -_-
