Poltergeist

Anyone like the original horror films?

They were supposedly going to make a sequel (same world, different family) but ended up making, what appears to be, an almost exact remake

Looks good. They made a sequel to Poltergeist called "The Other Side" but isn't wasn't as good as the original. I liked the original but it was only PG scary. This looks a bit more intense.

I've never actually seen the original. This one looks like it has too many over the top special effects though. That clown would have scared the shit out of me as a kid... My mom had a clown just like it and I was terrified of the thing

you've never seen it?! oh man, download/buy the HD version it still holds up pretty well

the clown was pretty scary when i was a kid, seemed scarier than the one in this film
