If you're willing to stop by Kelowna when you bring it back from Alberta, talk to Kyle at Classified Motorsports. He's had a lot of experience with his own FD and does a fair bit of tuning. The other option would be to find someone in Alberta to tune it before you bring it back.

If not enough interest in lower mainland, maybe somewhere in washington state. Should organise on westcoastrotary.

I like the Steve kan idea. I'd be interested if the price is right.

If you're technical enough to learn on your own, get a datalogit and wideband then message arghx on rx7club for 'chucks tuning notes'.

Give Lawrence a call at Intec Racing in Kent Washington. I know he was trained on power fc at the apexi facility in japan.
