Have the option to move into a low km 6-speed 2007 GTI for a really good deal (family member) so I'm actually now looking to sell my beloved STI.

As far as my use I did one track day with it 2 years ago when I first got it and never really got around to doing another. I don't launch it. I had an Apexi Power FC in it for about a year (tuned by Racing greed to a 91 octane tune with lower boost to keep the motor healthy) but I liked the timing adaptibility of the stock ECU better (to temp) so I've been running it on 94 octane.
It did have a valve cover gasket leak which I had fixed by Kon Auto. It's been such a good car. I did all the 100k service stuff at 95k and it's pretty much in the best shape it's ever been now.
Of course offers from forum members or their friends will get priority over similar offers from the public. I know I'm underpricing it a bit, it's because I don't want to keep the family member with the GTI waiting while I barter around.
