So , the guy has his address, as he shipped parts to him. Show up at his house. Bring the cops, or don't. It can't be that hard to sort out when you know where the guy lives, and have online records of the transaction. Terrorize him in the most non violent way possible.

They buyer had purchased wheels through him before and everything went well but this time around not so much.
No one is wanting to get violent over a bit of $$, just wanting to get the product or the money. Hoping that Alan will reply to this or get his ass in gear and get it paid for or shipped back as he agreed.

Sorry I didn't see that part. I thought it was you that got screwed OP. Maybe if he's reading this he will look up the punishments for international credit card fraud. Online fraud, etc.

But that was the main reason for me posting here. Hoping that its a HUGE misunderstanding but the more information that is brought up the more it looks like Alan called his CC company and cancelled the charge and is making no attempt to send funds or the product back despite his promise to do one or the other.

| Long ago, when I still have my celica (back in 2007-2008?) I had a set of wheels and posted it on CL. he purchased the wheels with a fake cheque, but luckily at the time I remembered his plates and emailed him, telling him if i dont get my wheels back i'll report it to the police.
long story short i got my wheels back.

I've personally bought a set of Work wheels and interior parts for my mr2 over $1k in transactions from Chris and he generally has been a major part in importing JDM goodies to a LOT of communities here. Totally undeserved and I hope (RS) justice gets served.

Though I haven't had any personal dealings with him before, he does have a solid reputation of providing good service and quality, hard to find JDM parts.
