Any MR2 Experts on here?

I'm hoping someone here knows a bunch about MR2s, specifically about the power steering pumps. My Audi project is in need of an electrically operated power steering pump, which I gather from plenty of posts online, was installed in Gen 1 and Gen 2 MR2's in the USA. Not necessarily so in Canada.

Earlier generations of MR2 pump don't require a sensor or anything to get them running, just fire 12 Volts through them via a hefty circuit breaker and you're good to go. So a few questions:

1) Years / Models of MR2 that may have the pump I need?
2) Forums / Sources in Canada where I might find one?

Try checking out mr2.com, mr2oc.com and bcmr2.com and see if it helps you out

You'll have to source out the pump from a USDM or JDM model as they were never offered in Canada.

By the looks of it, all SW20/30 (mk2/MR2 Spyder)) with PS, used the electric pump.

Thanks for those links. Hoping to find one for less then $300, but getting to the point where I might just drop $300 to finish the project.
