KEEPING IT
Had a sale pending 2 weeks ago but I personally backed out because I wanted to keep this car longer. Did some math just to realize I can't really afford maintaining this car in the long run. So it's back up for sale.
2003 BMW E46 M3 coupe in manual (Non-SMG) for sale. Absolutely no modifications.
This vehicle only had ONE previous owner purchased from Autowest BMW in 2003 and has been serviced at the dealer for most of its life. I have pages of records of the warranty items such as rod bearing recall, airbag recall done at the dealership. I also have the ICBC report stating that there is one vandalism claim for $400 and a theft claim for $1500. There are no accidents for this clean title local vehicle with warranty records.
This car has never been tracked or autocrossed and the rear subframe is intact. The E46 is prone to rear subframe tears and I have a Turner Motorsports rear subframe reinforcement kit and some other parts listed below to go with it.
Brand new front lower control arms and bushing mounts just installed on both sides.
I absolutely love this car but I don't think I am the right owner for it. I like to modify cars but I think this car is truly a gem, a gem that needs to stay original, well maintained, and unmodified.
Mileage currently sits at 161,000kms and slowly climbing. Mechanical condition does not reflect the mileage.
Serious buyers are welcome to see the car and inspect it to your heart's content. The E46 M3 manual coupe is truly a car you will not regret owning.
Included with the car are the following parts not installed:
- Turner Motorsports rear subframe reinforcement kit
- Full shifter assembly with all new connectors, bushings, and E60 545i shifter (Gives a slightly shorter throw with OEM feel)
- AKG solid rear subframe bushings (to be done when rear subframe is reinforced)
- Rear trailing arm bushings and limiters
