Selling my car - remove system?

I'm going to be selling my 2001 Honda Prelude in the coming months and I'm looking for some advice as to whether it is generally considered better to sell the car with the existing after-market audio or to put the original system back in.

It's been so long since I've been involved in the car audio scene so I'm really out of the loop. From what I recall, I have the following:
  • Focal 130V slim
    Audison SRX2
2x 12" MTX subwoofers in custom enclosure
MTX amp (not sure the specs)
    Panasonic deck

All of the equipment is from '04-05. Does anyone think it is worth anything? Should I just sell it all along with the car?

Thanks for any input!

Well, you're looking at two different groups of buyers, for sure. The mainstream buyer will view it as a negative/red flag. Most of the younger crowd will view it as a positive.

I would try to sell it with the aftermarket audio equipment and, if you have difficulty selling it, take it out. Unless you're in a rush to sell, then take it out and sell everything separately.

My suggestion is to let it go with the gear intact. It's all older product that may not last for long and since it is older won't fetch a good price and take longer to sell

Thanks, guys! I'm not in a huge rush to sell, so maybe I'll try to sell it with the components included (and include the original system) and see what kind of reaction I get from a buyer. Parting it out would be too much work it sounds like so I may as well just include it with the sale.
