| Looking to rent house
Hey me and my friends are looking to rent a place. We're looking for a 3 bedroom or 4 bed place. Either Brentwood mall area or coquitlam/ portmoody/ north poco. 1500-2000 a month. We're all students and we work full time. Looking long term. We're willing to sign a year lease. We have been buddies for 7+ years and have planning this out for about 2 years now. All of us are early 20s. Must have secure parking and a backyard. Me and one other friend have been in construction for a couple years so we don't mind doing minor repairs and yard work. We won't be having parties just small gatherings and bbqs on nice days which you're more than welcome to come too. I would like a nice garage to work on my car and my tools and spare rims and tires. We do drink and we're 420 friendly but we hold stable jobs, have a good chunk saved up in case anything happens, and if you don't want us to we won't smoke or keep anything in the house or on the property. We want the extra bedroom to turn into a home gym. I figured I'd try revscene first. We might be young but we're responsible. We all pay rent to our parents and figured if we're paying rent might as well have our own place. I know I probably shouldn't admit to smoking weed, but I'm trying to be as honest and open as possible
