The survey is not the census. The next census is in 2016, the last one was in 2011.

Step 1) Check peephole to confirm is the same guy.
Step 2) Take off all your clothes.
Step 3) Open door.
Step 4) Say "Hi, how can I help you?"
Step 5) Laugh as guy uncomfortably walks away in disgust.

Nobody is going to ask for a 15 minute survey from a naked guy.

Same shit. The information is important. Take 15 minutes answer the questions. The time you have wasted here already has easily surpassed the time it would have taken "your friend" to answer the questions.
