Accident claim. Advice please.

Hi everyone,
I am not sure whether it is the right place to ask my question. I need some legal advice regarding to a personal injury claim. Last week I had an accident when I traveled to the office. I was in my bike and a car driver hit me on the back. I fell into the road and admitted into the hospital for two days due to some injuries. On the next day, the car driver came and talked with me. I asked him to pay the hospital bills. But he is not ready for any compensation. Now I would like to sue a case against him. It will be very helpful if anyone here can give advice on this. Do you guys have any similar experience like this? If yes, how did you handle that situation? Do I need to consult any personal injury lawyers like https://www.campisilaw.ca in Toronto? Can I get injury claim on this? Please share your advice. Thanks in advance.

Everyone that drives (or had a BCID matter of fact) have compulsory Third Party Liability. ICBC is $200k basic on top of IIRC $300k umbrella ExU.M.P. He can't deny your compensation only ICBC will decide that, and with that whom you will be fighting ICBC.

I am a lawyer, and I know a few. If you're not bullshitting, PM me and I'll give you a couple of names of the good ones.
