I am not sure whether it is the right place to ask my question. I need some legal advice regarding to a personal injury claim. Last week I had an accident when I traveled to the office. I was in my bike and a car driver hit me on the back. I fell into the road and admitted into the hospital for two days due to some injuries. On the next day, the car driver came and talked with me. I asked him to pay the hospital bills. But he is not ready for any compensation. Now I would like to sue a case against him. It will be very helpful if anyone here can give advice on this. Do you guys have any similar experience like this? If yes, how did you handle that situation? Do I need to consult any personal injury lawyers like
