Funny how we asked the OP a couple times about the details on this accident yet he wont give us any. Getting a witness is obviously the slam dunk, but there are other ways to plead your case.
| seeing the damage is on your front end I would assume the other car's damage on is the rear side fender? (you were probably in her blind spot?)
If I were the adjuster I'd take your word more than hers because you'd have to be blatantly blind to slam into her car when she is in front you, unless she was travelling much faster in which case I think the damage would show.
