good place to buy unlock phone

where a good place in vancouver , richmond, metro that sells unlocked phones for a decent price and are honest retailer who wont rip you off.

i looking get unlock phone since going on contract seems more expensive than just buying it outright and i can go to different carriers. i wasnt satisfied with virgin since i got overcharged and hung up on calls

ebay/amazon is infested with lost/stolen phones. be absolutely careful and make sure to check the IMEI with protectyourdata.ca or the imei checker on the T-Mobile site from the US.

even if you check the IMEI, it can be reported "lost" (for insurance purposes) a few months later and your phone will be a brick.

it's better to have your own phone and unlock it yourself. pm me if you wanna go this route.
