			tap on it with a screw driver see if you get the display back...if not buy a new one.

			Looks like the display is getting delaminated.. you can try remove it and apply heat and pressure to it.. but looks like a cheap display.. just get it replaced.

			if you really wanted to a common digit display can be re-soldered but the time to do it could out weight just getting a new one

			I'd reflow the solder with a soldering iron on all the pins and see if that fixes it, beyond that I'd probably just replace it if it's not too expensive.

			Try to look for the model number and google it.
 I would just take it apart to see if there are any loose connections.
