Jesus, my buddy preordered a 128gb in gold for his mom for Xmas, $1400?!? Wtf..

this thing is a total waste of money! If it doesnt run a different OS like the surface then it is actually pointless to buy...

I am sure lots' of C-lais in China will do that. When I visited Beijing in a tour group you have no idea how many ppl took out their Ipad to take pics when they are using an iphone 6 or a phone with better camera ><.

The price really caught me off guard, I expected $1300 out the door....

But LTE version was only available in 128GB I had no choice.... Ended up being $1600 after tax.

With the Apple Pencil it's almost $1800...

I sold my Air 2 for this, to be honest it's pretty fun to use and fast. Will see how long it lasts

Different usage for different folks, if you were a designer and drew with it then you wouldn't think its pointless, for me I am no designer and I can't draw for shit but I really enjoy using the iPad

I will maybe buy an Apple product when Apple decides to combine both their OSX and iOS together. Until then all software created by Apple completely sucks.

On top of their high dollar and low/no discounts, I'd much rather go with Microsoft's Products, atleast they integrate with their phones without hiccups and have no proprietary software.

Plus iTunes the most hated software globally.

you can probably get i7 ultrabooks/gaming laptops for less

I've had mine for about week now, I'm getting quite a bit of use out of it but still unsure if I'm keeping it mainly due to price. 128 gb with logitech keyboard and apple care was $1700.
